Since the latest updates of Andorran gambling laws have not been finalized yet, online gambling has not officially been addressed clearly. However, when it comes to Andorra's gambling laws, it seems like a long story. The Andorran government takes consumer protection very seriously, with quite strict regulations.

For many years, the Andorra government allowed a legitimate casino for the country. Because of delays and legal challenges, the casino has yet to open. If Andorra can open a casino legally on the mainland, then that would be great news for both locals and tourists in this country.

This new law is not as flexible as expected because games of chance or gambling are not considered commercial or public service activity. The game is also a theme of international cooperation against crime and money laundering. The law also stipulates that social risk groups will be monitored regularly.
